Food in Provence (and elsewhere)

Should be dated 27th October, really, but I’m catching up. So I did try the Raclette Tart from Nigel Slater’s Kitchen Diaries that I’d been wanting to, but made it with Reblochon instead, for some reason! Still, was much appreciated by J and then N & T later.
