One more post for today so I should have enough to play around with for formatting the overall site. I hope to have something that looks like Not Even Wrong but I suspect it will take me a while.

And it seems it’s the turn of a writer to be the title of this post which is appropriate as we ate Nigel’s sausages in wine from his 30 minute book for lunch today. With, mashed potato made with Corneille oil from Maussane a la Fredy Giradet according to Simon Hopkinson. And carrots confited in butter which is by far my favourite way of cooking them these days.
